Refund Policy

License purchases

If DEAD AIR doesn't work for you, or you just changed your mind, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it. Email no-reply@ashbornestudios.com from your account's email address with your order number (it's in your receipt).

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal or Stripe, for the full amount you paid, including any tax.
• When a refund is issued, the license is revoked: the game leaves your account library and its downloads stop working.
• After 14 days we'll still look at requests where the game doesn't work on a system it's been tested on.

If you're in the EU or UK: by downloading the game you agree to receive digital content immediately and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download starts. This policy gives you the refund window above anyway.

Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts and don't unlock anything, so they aren't normally refunded. If you donated by mistake (for example the wrong amount), email us within 14 days and we'll refund it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank, PayPal or card issuer: it's faster. If a payment is reversed through a dispute, the license is revoked.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live, for example if the game is faulty.
